Parental Agreement

Schedule of Fees for the 2019 Season

The Fee's for the 2019 season reflect the cost of operating a Youth Sports Program, and are used to pay for the following:   

Facility rental and insurance to practice, play and compete at OLCHS and other offsite locations 

New uniforms and updated equipment 

Special Events - including Homecoming Weekend, The Outlaw Pool Party and The Outlaw End of Season Banquet 

Summer and in-Season Training Camps 

Training and Certifications  for Coaches and Board Members 

Charitable Donations 

NOTE:  A minimum Payment of $100.00 will be due at the time of Registration & Payment is due in full on or prior to July 29th for your athlete to be eligible to participate in practice and games.


Football and Cheer Packages for the 2019 Season 

  Registration     07/01/19  -  07/29/19


Flag Football Player season package - includes game jersey w/name, number, & flags - $120.00

*NOTE- Flag football players are responsible for purchasing their own spikes.

Tackle Football Player season package - includes new game jersey for the 2019 season w/name & number (new design for the 2019 season) , integrated football pants - pads are built in to the pants (new design for the 2019 season), belt, socks & concussion screening  - $240.00

Oak Lawn Outlaw Summer Football Camp (date - TBD) - includes a Camp -T-shirt and Lunch - n/a

Outlaw Practice Jersey (optional) - $15.00

Additional Items  for Returning Players:

*NOTE - Football players are responsible for purchasing their own spikes, chin strap. mouth piece, red practice jersey, athletic supporter and cup.  


New Flag Cheerleader season package -  includes uniform & skirt rental, spankies, turtleneck, game day socks, competition socks, cheer bow & red hoodie for cold weather  - $175.00

Returning Flag Cheerleader season package - includes uniform & skirt rental & cheer bow - $120.00

*NOTE-Flag cheerleaders are responsible for purchasing their own solid white gym shoes with laces to be worn on game days and competitions.  Shoes must be kept clean for competition or a new pair will need to be purchased. $20 Red hoodies are required for cold days.   If a hoodie was purchased in previous years, a new one is  not required.  A turtleneck will also need to be purchased during the registration process under the "additional items" section.  Spankies may be worn from previous years.

New Cheerleader season package - includes uniform & skirt rental, warm up jacket & pants, competition shoes, game day socks, competition socks, cheer bow, spankies, turtleneck and a minimum of two mandatory Cheer Competitions  - $305.00

Returning Cheerleader season package - includes uniform & skirt rental,  cheer bow and a minimum of two mandatory Cheer Competitions   - $150.00

Additional Items for Returning Cheerleaders:

Warm Ups- (Mandatory for all cheerleaders except Flag) - previous years warm up may be worn.

Jacket - optional first or last name personalization on right chest - $50.00 

Pants - optional first or last name personalization on right thigh - $30.00 

New Shoes (worn for competition only) - $40

New Turtleneck - $16.00 

New Spankies - $8.00

New Socks (2-pairs required to be worn for game days and competitions) - $5.00 pair

New Red Hoodie (Flag Cheer only) - $20.00 

*NOTE - ALL level cheerleaders are responsible for purchasing their own solid white gym shoes with laces to be worn for game days.  Any style or brand is acceptable.

Outlaw Summer Cheer Camp (date TBD) - includes a Camp T-shirt, cheer bow and lunch - n/a


Family Commitment for the 2019 season:

Mandatory Fundraiser Deposit - per athlete - Maximum of two fundraiser deposits for families with multiple athletes.  - $100.00

Mandatory Volunteer Deposit - per family (not required for flag only families)This deposit is returned at the end of the season after the completion of 4 Volunteer tasks.  - $150.00




I agree to the following terms and conditions for my child as a member of the Oak Lawn Outlaws:

  1. Registration refunds will not be given to any player or cheerleader after Friday, August 30th, 2019.

  2. Each child is required to participate in the Outlaws fundraiser. (All fundraisers are non- refundable)

  3. All fundraiser items must be turned in no later than September 2nd  to your team mom.  

  4. Volunteer Deposit returns will be distributed at the  Banquet to each family who has volunteered at four games or Outlaw events by the end of the season.  Partial payments for partial volunteer completion will not be distributed. 

  5. If we receive a bounced check for your payment, there will be a fee added onto your balance and we will no longer accept check payments from you, only cash or cashier’s check.

  6. Uniform/Equipment Return Agreement

Football Equipment

Football equipment such as practice pants, pads, and rib pads must be returned washed.  Parents will be responsible for expenses if any equipment is lost, dirty or damaged upon return.

Cheerleading Uniforms

Uniforms must be returned dry cleaned by professional cleaners, in their plastic bag with their receipt, your name and size attached.  If there is any damage to the uniform, other than normal wear, or it is not returned according to the above instructions, you will not be entitled to your $125.00 volunteer deposit.


This agreement will be enforced even if you have completed your required four volunteer positions.  This applies to both football and cheerleading.
